Come experience our beautiful home in its park like setting, thoughtful amenities, and personal service that will turn your stay at our Lexington Kentucky bed and breakfast into a tradition. All guest rooms at Charred Oaks Inn are exceptionally large and spacious, quiet and uniquely decorated with king size poster beds and private en suite bathrooms. Every room has its own special character, as befits a Southern colonial-style gentleman's farm built, transformed, and restored over a 200+ year period. Our made-to-order gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments (Afternoon Tea or a French Picnic Basket) are included in the room rate.
The rooms have sitting areas and ample closet space. Rooms 1,2, and 3 have shower/tub combinations, Room 4 has a shower. Every bathroom has been remodeled or newly constructed. Room 3 has a separate sitting room. Fireplaces are in Rooms 1, 2 and 3.
