Charred Oaks Inn is a Select Registry bed and breakfast, open year round, and situated 15 minutes from Downtown Lexington, Kentucky in horse country.

The inn is minutes from Keeneland, Coolmore America/Ashford Stud (home of American Pharoah and Justify), WinStar Farms, Godolphin, Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, Castle & Key, Four Roses, Rupp Arena, and The Kentucky Horsepark.

Each of the inn's four guestrooms/suites are quiet and spacious and uniquely decorated. Charred Oaks offers casually elegant yet comfortable surroundings complimented by 21st Century amenities.

Included in all stays is a made-to-order breakfast served in the Dining Room or in bed; complimentary sips and nibbles are offered in the afternoon; and a homemade dessert rounds out each day.
