Each evening at Charred Oaks Inn, a Select Registry Lexington, Kentucky bed and breakfast, a fresh homemade dessert magically appears on the "magic dessert table" in the artfully and comfortably decorated living room. The house built in 1810 and renovated in 1957, also sports a a wet bar neatly tucked away in the Living Room and is stocked with complimentary drinks as well as an espresso coffee machine to round out the dessert experience. During fireplace season (November -April) guests can enjoy their sweet treats in front of the fireplace, or in the warmer weather gather outside on the terrace overlooking the inn's park-like grounds.

Tonight's dessert is an innkeeper favorite: custom made Guinness Coffee Floats made with chilled stout, coffee ice cream and topped with fresh whipped cream.
